1. Scope
This policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to every user of My Marketing Mix.
2. Prohibited uses
- You may not use the services unlawfully, deceptively, in a discriminatory or harmful way, or to infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and personality rights.
- Spam, phishing, malware, unauthorised data collection, bypassing security, reverse engineering, circumventing rate limits and overloading the service are prohibited.
- You may not create or publish content promoting unlawful products, hate speech, harassment, child exploitation, incitement to violence, misleading health or financial claims, or content that breaks advertising platform policies.
- You may not impersonate another person, company or brand, or share accounts, tokens or data without authorisation.
- You must have the legal basis and permissions for the data you upload, including data about people, and must not upload special categories of personal data.
- You may not use AI output to create fake reviews, fake testimonials, or images or text that impersonate a real person without their consent.
- You may not use the assistant or generated content to get around advertising platforms' reviews or policies.
- You may not use the platform to target people in a discriminatory way based on sensitive characteristics, to profile them without permission or to sell personal data.
3. If the policy is broken
If this policy is broken, we may remove content, restrict the feature concerned, or suspend or end access, and may report unlawful use to the competent authorities.
