1. Scope and seller
This policy applies to My Marketing Mix paid plans. The seller of the paid plans is TIER2 GLOBAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTANCY - FZCO (Freezone Company, License No. 37128, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority; DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Payments are taken through Stripe and appear on your card statement as "MMX AI".
2. Free trial
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything.
If you do not cancel, the first monthly fee of the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account e-mail address.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your access continues until then and you are not charged for the next period.
4. Refunds
Paid periods, including partly used periods, are not refunded.
Cases where applicable law requires a refund are not affected. If you notice an incorrect or duplicate charge, write to [email protected]; we refund verified incorrect charges to the card that was charged. It may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, for the refund to reach your card.
5. Payment disputes
Before you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, please write to [email protected]. While a dispute is open, the paid features of the account may be suspended (Terms of Use, section 13).
