  • Each period's fee is charged in advance at the start of the period; subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
  • Billed by TIER2 GLOBAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTANCY - FZCO. Payments are taken by card through Stripe and appear on your card statement as "MMX AI".
  • Ad spend on advertising platforms is not part of the My Marketing Mix fee and is billed directly by the platform.

Billing questions

How does the free trial work?

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged; otherwise the first monthly fee of the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account e-mail address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your access continues until then and you are not charged for the next period.

Can I get a refund?

Paid periods, including partly used periods, are not refunded, except where applicable law requires it. If you notice an incorrect or duplicate charge, write to [email protected]; we refund verified incorrect charges to the card that was charged.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are taken by card through Stripe.

Who bills me?

The seller and biller of the paid plans is TIER2 GLOBAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTANCY - FZCO (Freezone Company, License No. 37128, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority; DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates).

How is Enterprise priced?

Enterprise is priced on request. Write to us through the Contact page; the plan's scope and limits are set out in the quote or order form we send you.

Is ad spend included?

No. Ad spend on advertising platforms is not part of the My Marketing Mix fee and is billed directly by the platform.
